Verify a certificate
Confirm any Global English TESOL certificate - including TEFL Global and Christian TEFL certificates - in seconds.
Enter a verification code
Every certificate we issue carries a unique verification code (and a QR code that opens this page directly). A valid code shows the certificate holder, qualification, level, course hours and issue date - retrieved live from our student register, so a forged or altered certificate can be spotted immediately.
Frequently asked questions
How do I verify a Global English TESOL certificate?
Enter the verification code printed on the certificate (format GE-XXXXX-XXXXX) into the form on this page. A valid code instantly shows the certificate holder, course title, level, course hours and issue date.
Are Global English TESOL certificates accredited?
Yes. Global English TESOL courses are accredited by ACTDEC, and certificates state the qualification level achieved. Certificates for our sister brands TEFL Global and Christian TEFL are issued by Global English under the same accreditation.
The certificate I was shown has no verification code. Is it genuine?
Certificates issued before verification codes were introduced may not carry one. Contact info@global-english.com with the certificate number and holder name and we will confirm it directly.
What should I do if a code shows no result?
Check the code was typed exactly as printed (letters I, L, O and U are never used). If it still shows no result, the certificate is not one we issued - please report it to info@global-english.com.
