Eureka Language Services Limited
Eureka Language Services Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 2001. Since then, its services have been used at over 700 client institutes (including kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools and universities), non-profit organisations and businesses in Hong Kong.
The word ‘Eureka’ is used to express an epiphany or a sudden intellectual breakthrough that allows a person to see a problem or situation from a new and different perspective. The story of human achievement can be defined by such Eureka moments, and Eureka always endeavours to develop programmes that enable our students to experience the same exhilaration of discovery and breakthrough.
Global English has partnered with Eureka since the beginning and our extensive network in Hong Kong is aimed at helping and assisting as many students as possible get certified to the Hong Kong NET EDB Scheme.

Hong Kong Education Bureau
The Education Bureau is responsible for formulating and implementing education policies in Hong Kong. The bureau is headed by the Secretary for Education and oversees agencies including University Grants Committee and Student Finance Office.
Global English TEFL Certifications have been recognised by the EDB for our outstanding level of accreditation and testing of our students.
To date, we have placed over 500 Primary and 200 Secondary teachers into positions with the EDB.

About the Project
Taiwan Foreign English Teacher Program - Taiwan TEFL
TFETP was launched by the Ministry of Education (MOE) to recruit foreign English teachers and teaching assistants to create more opportunities for Taiwanese students to learn English in schools nationwide.
Prior to TFETP, the MOE established the Foreign English Teachers Program (FET Program) in 2004 to assist local governments in recruiting foreign English teachers for public elementary and junior High schools. The FET Program was expanded into the TFETP in 2021 to recruit more teaching talents in order to enhance the English skills of Taiwanese students.
TFETP program is recruiting talented FET & Foreign English Teaching Assistant. The TFETP have two centers which assist in the recruitment and professional development for the foreign English teachers and teaching assistants, and also supervise them after they are assigned to our program’s school.
The North Center is responsible for Keelung City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taoyuan City , Hsinchu City, Hsinchu County, Yilan County, Miaoli County, Kinmen County, Lienchiang County (Matsu) and Penghu County.
The South Center is responsible for Taichung City, Changhua County, Nantou County, Chiayi City, Chiayi County, Tainan City, Hualien County, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County, Yunlin County and Taitung County.
The two teams collaborate with one another to ensure the successful experience of incoming teachers and reach the goal of improving the overall English ability of Taiwanese students. By creating an immersive English learning environment, TFETP strives to promote cultural exchange and cultivate global awareness in Taiwanese society.
Global English has been partnered with TFETP since 1997, we work with students who have various types of degrees and diplomas and ensure they have a seamless application process for the Taiwan government scheme.
