About the role:
Established adult language centres in Saudi Arabia hire EFL teachers on an ongoing basis. You will teach adult learners in general English and conversation classes. Centres are typically open long hours (for example 9am to 10pm), with teachers working a set weekly timetable of around 32-34 teaching hours. Average class sizes are small, with larger conversation groups.
Contract and benefits:
Contracts are usually renewable with roughly 30 days of annual leave. Employers commonly provide a competitive tax-free salary, assistance in finding affordable accommodation near the centre, an annual return flight, and reimbursement of employment-visa costs on arrival. Exact terms vary by employer.
Qualifications and requirements:
An accredited Global English TESOL certificate and, for most posts, a bachelor's degree. Native English speakers are preferred; around two years' experience is an advantage but not essential. Have your passport, TESOL certificate and degree certificate ready when you apply.
