Qualified-teacher posts at an international school in Ulaanbaatar delivering an IB or Western curriculum, with a full expat benefits package.
Location: Ulaanbaatar
Position: English / subject teacher, international school
Vacancies: Recruited mainly for the August academic-year start
Contract: Usually 2 years
Hours / duties: A full weekday timetable delivering an IB or Western curriculum to primary or secondary classes.
Pay: Commonly US$1,200–3,000+ a month (around £950–£2,400) depending on the school and your experience.
Additional benefits: Packages typically include provided accommodation, return airfare, medical insurance and a work visa.
Qualifications and requirements
Minimum TESOL certificate: A Global English TESOL qualification supports your application.
Nationality: Native or fluent English speaker.
Other requirements: A bachelor’s degree plus a recognised teaching licence or qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent) and normally two years’ experience are required for international-school posts.
