TEFL Internships China Paid - China - Paid

Country: China

Location: Sichuan, Liaoning or Hainan province.

Positions available: Numerous.

Start dates and hours: Intakes twice a year, typically late summer and early spring, for a placement of around four and a half months. You will teach about 15 hours a week (around 35 hours total in school preparing, attending meetings and joining social activities), and could be placed at kindergarten, primary, secondary or university level.

Benefits: A monthly allowance, flight reimbursement on completion, 24/7 support and a network of fellow interns, a multi-day orientation with training, a tour and a welcome dinner, paid accommodation with bills included up to a cap, meals or a meal allowance on school days, airport transfer and help with visa paperwork. Budget for your own visa and police check.

Qualifications and requirements: Any Global English TESOL course, a degree, and a police check. No prior experience required. Open to applicants aged 18-50.

Nationality: Native English speakers with a UK, USA, Australian, Irish, New Zealand or Canadian passport.
