Business English teachers wanted for in-company work in Buenos Aires, Argentina, one of Latin America's strongest markets for motivated adult and corporate learners.
Country: Argentina
Location: Buenos Aires, one of Latin America's strongest markets, with highly motivated adults, university students and corporate clients.
Position: In-company and institute Business English teacher.
Contract: Twelve months. Openings are usually posted from December to February, with a second hiring period in July and August.
Hours and duties: Around 20 to 25 contact hours per week plus preparation, often early mornings and evenings to suit working professionals. Many teachers add private tutoring at roughly US$10 to US$15 per hour.
Pay and benefits: A monthly salary of US$600 to US$1,200 in full-time work. Wages are modest but so is the cost of living, and Buenos Aires offers a rich cultural life.
Requirements: A 120-hour TEFL certificate and fluent, native-level English. A four-year degree is preferred but not obligatory, and you do not need to be a native speaker if your English is at native level.
Qualifications: A Global English TESOL qualification; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
