Tell a Friend
and we’ll reward you both with 10%...
Last year almost 1 in 5 new students heard about us from someone who had taken a Global English course. Now, to say ‘Thank you’, we have launched our ‘Tell a Friend’ scheme. If you recommend our course to someone who subsequently enrols, we will pay you a commission of 10% of the course fees received. Your friend will also receive 10% discount, too!
How it works:
- Firstly, let us know you are interested. Simply complete the form below to register. We’ll send you brochures & special 10% discount application forms so you can show your friends.
- The application forms are coded, so that when we receive a completed application form & payment, it can be tracked back to you. Alternatively, if you don’t want brochures, we can email you a unique referral code which your friend can type into the ‘other information’ box on our online form. This will entitle them to take 10% off the listed price.
- We will email you when someone has been confirmed onto the course. At this point your commission of 10% of the total fees paid for their course will be allocated. Please note, commission is only paid on courses that are not returned to us within their refund period.
- At the end of each quarter (March, June, September and December) we will send you a enrolment statement detailing how much commission is due. We will also pay your commission.
- Global English pays the commission fee in Sterling into a bank account nominated by you. (Please note at present we can only make payments in Sterling into Sterling bank accounts). Alternatively, we will send you a cheque if you prefer. Or we can issue payment to your credit/debit card if you used this to pay for your course.
It’s that simple. Please note that we are not into pressure selling – there is no minimum number of referrals to achieve no costs to you and no obligation. However, since you never know where you may travel or who you might meet, it is worth signing up. We appreciate that a few people might feel uneasy about referring a friend and making commission in the process. However, if you have genuinely enjoyed the course and think a friend could benefit, then they can enrol for less with your help.

You will need to register before your friend applies to be eligible to receive commission. ‘Tell a Friend’ is only open to existing Global English students who are referring other non-Global English students. (We regret that we cannot provide commission for previous referrals that have already enrolled.)
