‘Global English has a clear system in place for dealing with any concerns and complaints that may arise. As an ISO 9000 accredited organization, it is required to meet external standards (for which it is also regularly audited) in terms of how it responds to any grievances that customers might have. All relevant documentation connected with this was made available for the purposes of this audit.
