‘The sample feedback – which came from a variety of students who were studying courses at different levels – was generally very positive. Feedback on key aspects of the courses, such as content, tasks, marking and the service provided by Global English was generally good to excellent. Many students also considered the course material to be well-pitched.
Many students also had very positive feedback and comments concerning tutors and the support, guidance and experience that they provided. This was encouraging to see given the importance of the tutor’s role in distance learning of this kind.’
